A Day In The Life

Here's a catch-up post of what's been going on around here with us.
Nana came out to visit us for her birthday, we had a great couple of days at Disneyland.

Wyatt came on Splash Mountain with me for the first time, he was so brave.  Luke was not, he bailed with Nana the last second.

Kev and I got to celebrate our 7th anniversary with a night out, first stopping to eat in Cardiff at the Pacific Coast Grill, then we took a walk on the beach and enjoyed the sunset.  It was a perfect way for us to celebrate together.

I also took the boys to the new Encinitas Community Park, which was a crazy jungle gym for them.  They loved it, I was stressed because Luke wants to do everything Wyatt does and he was making me a nervous wreck.  Several times I felt like he could have lost a limb!

We went to a fun street, art festival in Encinitas one day, it was cool to walk the 101 and see all the artists displaying their stuff, we didn't buy anything, but Kev couldn't resist cotton candy.

The boys goofing around at the Wild Animal Park.  Wyatt said the funniest thing, "Hey Mom tell me something important now because I'm listening."

Luke's favorite perch, a chopped off palm outside the garage.

Luke and I exploring the aquarium at Legoland, he loves when I take him there by himself when Wyatt is at school. I remember when I used to take Wyatt before Luke came along.

Luke's new marble tunnel toy, that he just can't get enough of.  He earned it himself by doing all his chores for the month.
I love this kid, he just decided to dress up one day for lunch.

It's Mothers Day, and these two characters are all mine.
After church, we went for a bike ride around Coronado, one of my favorite things in the world to do with my little family.

Me and my boys.

Happy Mother's Day, they both got me a great card and chocolate and flowers, who could ask for more?

Family fun night at mini golf and Wyatt got his first hole in one!
We are trying to get to Disneyland as much as possible before our pass expires next week.  We have a blast every time.

Cool cats.

The kids on the riding the carousel with none other than Mariah Carey riding behind them.
We had several new neighbors with younger kids move onto our street, so we decided to have a block party and we rented a bounce house to go in our front yard.  It was a huge success and we got to meet a lot of new people on our street.
