Wyatt Gets A New Bed And Sandpit
We decided to transition Wyatt to a twin bed, one because of the little guy coming who will need the crib, and two, he is so darn tall he has practically outgrown the crib. He loves it, everything about it. At first I thought it would be difficult for Kevin and I because we thought he wouldn't sleep as well and would just get up and down in the middle of the night. Knock on wood but he has been out of the crib for awhile and it hasn't happened yet. The first night about five in the morning I did hear a loud thud and a deep moan, but then it stopped and he went back to bed. I think he fell out of bed but got back in because when I went in that morning he was in bed just not under his covers. Once in awhile I'll find him with his head toward the foot of the bed, but other than that, he seems good. I guess we don't need that bumper after all! Poor Bella, she can't wait to be able to sleep with him, we'll work up to that one.
Kevin built an awesome sandpit for Wyatt in the yard, he loves it, and so do all his friends. It's a great way to burn an hour while I take a breather on the new chaise lounge or do some yard work.

The LV Kelvingtons Come To Town
Andy and Jamie made the trek to San Diego with the kids, I'm glad they did, we had a lot of fun.
Wyatt ALWAYS wants to hold Reese, he loves babies.
Here he is giving some love to his cousin Sammy at Lake Murray.
I'm not sure if they saw something funny or something incredibly scary on the TV, looks like they're on a roller coaster ride together...and conveniently Wyatt has lost his pants.
Oh bath time with all the kids. Wyatt is so happy that Reese decided to join them, he is even offering her a bath toy.
Funny face little Reese.
Fun Times At Our New House
Wyatt loves the new house, he's got his little TV tray set up and loves his after dinner treats, especially Jello.
Wyatt and I took a trip to Cabrillo National Monument, he really enjoyed the tide pools. We sat and watched the waves for a long time.
Kevin decided to make the hike up Cowels Mountain a couple of weeks ago, which has been taunting him since we moved in. He had a great time and saw some wildlife.
View of our neighborhood from the mountain.
He made it, top of the mountain! I can't wait to join him, once I lose about 50 lbs and can breathe again.
Wyatt's first day of school! Look how proud he is of his little lunch box. He goes Tuesday and Thursday mornings and it has been great for the both of us. I won't lie, the first day I did shed a tear, I can't believe how he's growing up so fast.
I have been loving homemade bread and Wyatt has been loving helping me in the kitchen. It's great now that we have a big enough counter for him to sit on. He is quite the little kneeder.
Celebrating New Years Eve
Wyatt and Daddy spent New Year's Eve day at little Geneva's first birthday party. Whatever they were looking at, it must have been interesting.
Yummy Elmo cupcake.
It must have been a fun party, he passed out.
That night we celebrated the New Year with Papa.
While Papa babysat, Kevin and I went out for a New Year's Eve dinner. We love ourselves some fondue.
